  • Can I book for less than a month?
    Hi – the city of Carpinteria restricts rentals to 30 night minimum in this housing zone. While you don’t need to stay for the full 30 nights our rental contract will be for that term. Please reach out for any special circumstances or discounts needed.
  • What are your rates?
    Our rates vary to keep up with market demand with Beachwalk Bungalow is available now available from Feb 15th - June 15th and Aug 15th through Dec 15th 2025. Rent per month is $5,650 which includes all utilities, parking, and pool access. Security deposit will be due upon signing and we have a 30 day cancellation policy.
  • Are pets allowed?
    We love pets and have (2) dogs. However, at this time no pets are allowed unless we have specifically approved them.
  • How many people can the Beach Bungalow sleep?
    Our rental capacity is a maximum of (6) people. Beds include: • 1 CalKing • 2 Full Beds • 1 Full Click Clack Sofa futon in Loft • 1 Twin Floor Mattress Please reach out if there are questions.
  • Who do I reach out to with questions if I live there?
    We work with a local and reputable property manager who will be able to help.
  • Do I have to pay utilities or Homeowner’s Association?
    No
  • Where can I park?
    There is street parking in front of the unit and parking in the detached two-car garage.
  • Can I walk to the beach?
    Yes! It is a casual 15 min walk to the beach down Linden Ave.
  • How do I get there?
    It is walkable from Amtrak Station (Surfliner goes from SLO to San Diego). It is approximately a 20-minute drive from Santa Barbara Airport (SBA) and is right off 101 Freeway if you drive.
